Facebook Custom Audience via the pixel method
This website uses the “Facebook pixel” from Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Facebook”). If explicit consent is given, this allows the behavior of users to be tracked after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This process is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help to optimize future advertising measures.
The data collected is anonymous for us, so it does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can enable Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes. These processing operations are only carried out if express consent is given in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Consent to the use of the Facebook pixel may only be given by users over the age of 13. If you are younger, we ask you to ask your legal guardian for permission.
Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield”, which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
To deactivate the use of cookies on your computer, you can set your Internet browser so that no more cookies can be stored on your computer in the future or cookies that have already been stored are deleted. However, disabling all cookies may mean that some functions on our website can no longer be carried out. You can also deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers such as Facebook on the following Digital Advertising Alliance website: www.aboutads.info/choices/
Google AdWords Remarketing
Our website uses the functions of Google AdWords Remarketing, which we use to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your end device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the basis of the pages you visit. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Any further data processing will only take place if you have consented to Google linking your internet and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads you view on the web. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data is temporarily linked by Google with Google Analytics data to create target groups.
You can permanently deactivate the setting of cookies for advertising preferences by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/
Alternatively, you can find out more about the setting of cookies and make settings for this at the Digital Advertising Alliance at the Internet address www.aboutads.info. 14.2 Google Maps
We use Google Maps (API) from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) on our website. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps in order to visualize geographical information. Using this service will show you our location and make it easier for you to find us.
Information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there as soon as you access the subpages in which the Google Maps map is integrated. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and analyzes them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f GDPR on the basis of Google’s legitimate interests in the display of personalized advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield”, which guarantees compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
If you do not agree to the future transmission of your data to Google in the context of the use of Google Maps, you also have the option of completely deactivating the Google Maps web service by switching off the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps and thus also the map display on this website can then not be used.
You can view Google’s terms of use at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html, the additional terms of use for Google Maps can be found at www.google.com/intl/de_US/help/terms_maps.html

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. As a result, Google becomes aware that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
