SONQO is revealing a big secret today. Do you want to know? – Read to the end …
Are you still alive or already in love? What makes the difference? In everyday life, the tension between the two most basic activities is often huge.
From birth to death, we inhale and exhale air constantly. And what happens when we run out of air? Then our linear timeline ends; that’s definitely how the mind thinks. The heart is just as directly connected to the breath. However, the heart does not know the focus of linear time. It feels in time without time – in an eternity.
Breathing is connected to both the mind and the heart.
While the mind is quickly alarmed when holding the fullness and emptiness of breath and urges us to gasp for air, the power of the heart expands even further into the wholeness of all existential bodies (body, mind and soul) in the fullness and emptiness of breath.
If we don’t relax the mind enough, then it will continue to spark anxiety, strategy and manipulation even during breathing exercises in the fullness and emptiness and stage a fight for survival. This leads our mental existence into a divisive focus: this illusion of separation happens to us every day and it is all the more important to remember again and again that we are one humanity in a shared world and living beings in a shared universe.
However, if we first consciously relax our mind by taking calm and long breaths, we can direct our mental focus more and more clearly to our connecting heart power in the fullness and emptiness of our breath.
What is the power of the heart? – A big question!
Perhaps the power of the heart can be described simply as L(i)EBEN. In moments when we are mentally free from lack, fear, strategy and manipulation, i.e. free from emotional reactions in the outside world, we can let the L(i)EBEN POWER flow just as freely through the heart.
Breathing in unconditionally receiving love
and unconditionally giving love as you breathe out:
in Peruvian cosmology, this is
the peaceful Munay breathing. sonqo.events
The mind wants to GIVE and in return GET. The heart RECEIVES without ideas and GIVES without strategy or intentions. In a Cacao Ceremony or in a Cacao Celebration by SONQO, this peaceful Munay breathing is therefore the basis for practicing the opening of the heart with the Pachamama Cacao.
