Spoilt for choice

They almost all look brown: The classic breakfast drinks. Whether black tea, coffee, hot chocolate or cocoa. However, they activate completely different processes in the body.

If black tea is steeped for a long time, it has a constipating effect; if steeped for a short time, it has a laxative effect on the intestines. Coffee also stimulates bowel function and activates the thirst for action. A hot chocolate flatters the palate, supports the feeling of happiness and the desire for more sweets. A cocoa initially triggers the palate with bitterness. In this way, it connects us mentally with our gut feeling. It encourages us to be calm and listen to our gut feeling. A mild-mannered sweet like the Pachamama Cacao activates a feeling of security and those who enjoy it begin to make holistic decisions from this comforting feeling of fullness.

So we are spoiled for choice as to which qualities we use to switch from the moonlight to the sunlight of the fresh day in the morning. No choice is better than the other. And with a conscious decision, we give the day a clear intention early in the morning.

In daylight, we largely experience the material world and emotions. The sun stands for the power of emotions. The moon absorbs this light and reflects it as FEELING, making sunrise an important moment in the transition from feeling to experiencing emotions. With what intention do I “illuminate” my innate emotions at sunrise? The clarity of intention is decisive for how intensely I experience emotions and whether I can transform them into feelings.

With a happy heart we greet you – all the best!
