Perhaps the values in this question about online or offline/analog are similarly clear as when asked about personal preferences between conventional medicine and naturopathy: Many have a clear tendency as to whether they go to the GP or naturopathic practice for a symptom. And then there are surprising incidents where it is as clear as day that you choose the exact opposite of your usual basic values. For example, if you have a ruptured appendix, if you have to go to hospital … or when someone is considered to have been cured by conventional medicine and tries natural healing practices again.
It is always worth having clear values and at the same time remaining mentally open and flexible to helpful opportunities.

Even before the pandemic and the big Zoom wave, the SONQO team often preferred 1:1 mentoring sessions online because there is always a very clear focus and the subconscious mind can be worked with much more directly. In addition, the entire body system usually needs rest afterwards and does not need to go home with crowded trains or hectic road traffic. Online offers the opportunity to rest for a while during breaks or immediately after the meeting. The Tibetan yoga on the other hand, works better in individual lessons on site: you can work more precisely with your body. However, Lu Jong can be practiced very well online in a group.
With meditations again, it is nice when we can be internationally connected with online live streams. But the connection with people practising together, the sensuality of nature and the place brings out a very special quality.
