The exception makes the rule

Everyday life is full of rituals that we practice individually, such as brushing our teeth in the morning, having an espresso after lunch or posting on social media at the end of the day.

Everyday rituals nurture and form our habits. It can be fun to break their rules, for example during vacations or at the weekend, in order to feel the familiarity of everyday life and the familiar worldly structures all the more afterwards.

The communal rituals of primitive peoples are not primarily there to consolidate familiarity with everyday life, but to refresh and deeply feel the connection with the cosmic and cyclical rhythms of nature and with the community.

All over the world, more attention is being paid to nature rituals again in order to experience modern everyday life as part of the community, external nature and the entire cosmos. Depending on the cultural background, these rituals have different processes and different objects are used. But one thing is exactly the same in all rituals: a ritual leads through a process and navigates through the energies of the people present, the entire group as a community, outer nature and the cosmos. The intuition of the ritual leader senses what is worn out and can be let go, senses spaces that were not inhabited and movements that had no direction. The INTUITION consciously breaks the guidelines of the respective ritual in order to intuitively find the natural and coherent harmony and thus create peace through all levels of existence (individual, communal and cosmic).

Nature rituals were originally always passed on orally and through practical experience. First you learned the exact procedure, then you learned dance the routine and then you learned to dance freely to the rhythm of the cycles and the cosmos. This is natural intuition training.
